A little before and after of a job that included deck and old landscape removal and updated with some techo-bloc pavers and some versa-lok wall. Complimented by some #2 stone and a 4” black steel border edging. Lawn was re topsoiled and seed and straw were applied. Can’t wait for the grass to fill in to see this project completed. This customer had flooding basement where the existing patio level was 9” higher than the walkout basement door, dug out existing patio/ground to threshold level, poured concrete pad and stairs, regraded back lawn and added retaining walls. Here are the before and after photos.
