Helping out-of-state investors is one of my favorite parts of this business.
This client from Boston purchased their Syracuse investment property sight unseen outside of detailed videos—and their kind words mean the world to me. 🙌
Whether you’re across town or across the country, I make sure every detail is handled with thoroughness, professionalism, and care!

After only 6 days on the market, this beautiful log cabin near Oneida Lake is officially UNDER CONTRACT — over asking price with multiple offers! 🏡💥

My strategic marketing approach brought in a ton of extra attention, and the listing video showcasing the secluded location played a huge role in attracting the right buyers.

Most importantly, I have a very happy seller who’s thrilled with the result. 🎯

Thinking about selling? The right marketing makes all the difference.
📲 Let’s talk about how I can do the same for your property!
