Congratulations to my sellers for successfully completing their transaction! We were in multiples on this beautiful townhome and you can see why: located in Tennyson subdivision in Sharonville, OH with tennis courts, walking trails, pool and much more. Just a beauty!

The winning offer was $255k cash - NO inspections.

My sellers were my buyers for this property back in March, 22. The purchase price back then was $205k. $55k!!! in appreciation over 2 years. This is what I call a good - inflation proof - investment.

This is so unexpected…

This year has been challenging for every real estate agent out there: the market has been down, and there wasn’t nearly as much business because of the interest rates being so high.

For me it has been 100 times more challenging as I’ve been pregnant for half of the year with my twins and I had them late May.

I worked hard while breastfeeding my babies, changing diapers, rocking them to sleep. I worked hard on little to no sleep and going through a bad postpartum. I worked hard without having any family in town. I did it not because I had to but because I wanted to keep providing for my family.

People I worked for, their needs and dreams about homeownership made me go on.

I feel humbled to be on this board with the best and the most hard working agents in town.

I’m infinitely grateful to those of my clients who weren’t scared to work with me being pregnant and after I had my babies. Thank you for supporting me and my family. This means so much - you have no idea. Thank you all
