Friendly reminder while touring homes… we officially live in a very connected world.

Between Ring cameras, smart devices, and security systems, there’s a good chance someone can hear the running commentary during showings.

So yes… maybe don’t loudly announce that the wallpaper looks like it was bought in the 1970s.

And remember, sometimes it’s just me on the other side of the camera, accidentally blending into the wallpaper waiting for your reaction.
