I'm licensed in both Ohio and Indiana. If you need me to go the distance... I will.

I sold this buyer's old home in Springfield Township so she could move closer to family in Wilmington, so we got her just what she needed... in Wilmington.

Is Wilmington an hour drive for me? Yes! This one went on the market and I got a call from my client no more than it went active in the MLS around noon-ish that day. I said "I'll schedule it for 3pm, but first let me stop for a Dunkin treat, and then I'll head that way." So, with 15 minutes notice, I scheduled the showing and took my happy little buns to Wilmington the same day, and it paid off for my people. This one had multiple offers, but we were the first in, first to offer, and wrote it clean and strong.

Patience prevailed for this one in Springfield Township. My seller received some really low cash offers from investors chomping at the bit to get their hands on this one. Ultimately, we received a cash offer at $196,000, no inspections, no contingencies, and it will be owner occupied. Contract to close took 11 days, and the new owners are excited to raise their little one(s) here.
