When I started this new journey as a Realtor, I was very insecure. Many people said, “Dee, you won’t have any problems. You always succeed in everything you put your mind to.”

I remember Kyle, one of the people who has known me the longest since I started working in real estate, and he kept saying, “I have no doubt, no doubt at all, you will be fine.”

I kept saying, “Please keep me in your prayers.”

And I had a serious conversation with God. I implored Him for signs, for wisdom, for reassurance that I could be a Realtor. And the day of my onboarding, I was under contract for a commercial property, and within weeks, 5 contracts.

God made it clear for me. He spoke louder and clearer to minimize my vulnerability.

And here I am, in less than a year. ❤️

A price reduction usually has a relatively SMALL effect on the monthly principal-and-interest payment, especially when compared with a meaningful interest-rate reduction.

A SELLER CREDIT can potentially be used to PAY discount points and REDUCE the interest RATE, subject to the loan program, lender pricing, seller-concession limits, and the amount of credit available.

Don’t just look at the purchase price. RUN The NUMBERS and compare the payment impact of a price reduction versus a seller credit.
