Monthly routine work scope:
- Grounds upkeep:
o Mow lawn (as needed in season)
o Remove / kill weeds (as needed)
o Trim & remove brush (as needed)
o Collect litter & loose trash/ debris (as needed)
o Blow leaves from drive & walk ways (1/mo)
o Snow removal and salt drive & walk ways (as needed in season)
- Shared indoor areas upkeep:
o AC unit filter changes (as needed)
- Any maintenance or repair work required beyond this
