top 13 gluten free spots in cincinnati 🤍

(and yes… there are technically 14 because i accidentally used #9 twice & noticed too late 😭 so congratulations to everyone for making the bonus round)

ranking these was genuinely painful because they all deserve #1 in their own way. whether you’re gluten free, have celiac disease, or just trying to find places with great options, these are the spots i personally keep coming back to.

a huge thank you to the restaurants that put real thought and care into their gluten free offerings. being able to safely enjoy a meal out with friends & family is something that never goes unnoticed, and it truly means more than you probably realize 🤍

while i have celiac disease and have personally eaten in each of these restaurants without issues, unless they are 100% gluten free, please call the restaurant to ask the questions you need to for your specific level of sensitivity and reaction as we’re all slightly different.

Thinking about your next move and using school districts as your guide? This one is for you 👇

I first shared this data in January and just updated the numbers through 3/29/26 using all single family home sales across 13 central and east side school districts 📊

Here is the interesting part. 7 out of 13 districts have seen median price decreases over the past 2 months.

If you have been feeling priced out or waiting for a shift, this may be why things have felt a little more favorable lately.

Here is what I am watching 👀
The spring market is already picking up.
Buyers are re entering the market.
Historically, that means prices do not stay soft for long.

I do expect we will see these numbers start to rise again as we move further into spring and summer.

And remember, every district and even each neighborhood within it is very different. Price points, home styles, updates, taxes, and location all play a role in what you will actually need to spend.

I love the holidays—the family time, the cozy traditions, the treats… but the waste that piles up every year? Not so festive. 😬🎁
