This one was a roller coaster.

When my buyers first decided to make an offer, we were very far apart on price. Most people probably would have walked away before even trying, but this home had been on the market for 40 days and my buyers loved it… so we took a chance.

For the next 3 days, it was back and forth, back and forth. More than once, I thought, “This might be the end of it.”

But my buyers stayed patient, trusted the process, and we kept working.

And today? We’re officially pending. 🏡❤️

I say it all the time, but this is why I love what I do. Sometimes it’s not about finding another house. Sometimes it’s about fighting for the one that already feels like home.

Never count yourself out before you ask. You might just end up getting the keys.

Yesterday’s closing was one of those reminders of why I love what I do.

A house is made of brick, wood, and walls… but what happens inside of it becomes someone’s story. Yesterday, one chapter closed and another began, and I had the privilege of sitting at the table while both sides celebrated what comes next.

There were smiles, laughter, and that sense of relief that comes when all the moving pieces finally come together. Moments like these never get old.

I hear it all the time:
“I’m waiting for rates to come down.”

But here’s the question that matters even more:

Can the monthly payment fit comfortably into your budget?

A difference of 0.5% in interest rate might change your payment by less than you expect, especially compared to:
🏡 Finding the right home before prices increase.
💰 Negotiating seller concessions or a rate buydown.
📈 Building equity instead of continuing to rent.

The “perfect” rate shouldn’t keep you from making the right financial move for your family.

Well… today I’m 46! 🎉🎂

I’m not one to make a big fuss over birthdays, but I do love that they give us a reason to slow down for a minute and appreciate where we’ve been—and get excited about what’s ahead.

This past year has brought some challenges, some growth, lots of laughs, and so many reasons to be thankful. I feel incredibly lucky to do a job I love and to have such amazing family, friends, clients, and followers cheering me on.
