Feeling down during the winter months? You aren't alone. I am like a wilting flower that needs sunshine all winter long!!
Here are quick tips to boost your mood:
1. Eat well - Vegging on the couch, cuddled under blankets, binge watching Netflix and eating comfort food sounds really tempting. Try to eat healthy to help your immune system during these months of colds and viruses.
2. Exercise - Pop in that 80's exercise video or dance around the living room. It's fun!!
3. Surround yourself with good people and talk things through. - It's good for the soul.
4. Get fresh air - Even 10 minutes a day of fresh air can provide a clearer mind and healthier body.
