Yayyy , You got the house!! Now time to take care of it ! Today I spent 4 hours doing yard work with my dad. He always told me in order to have nice things you have to take care of them.

Yes, we could’ve paid someone to do this , but who wants to spend thousands of dollars when you can do it yourself. Always remember when purchasing a property it’s on you to maintain it from the inside to the outside.
