Still riding the wave of Black Tech Week! ✨🖤

This was my 4th year attending, and every year I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The energy, the collaboration, the innovation, and the unapologetic celebration of Black excellence always leave me on Cloud 9.

One of my favorite moments this year was hearing from Red Lobster CEO Damola Adamolekun. He shared his journey to the Restaurant CEO, the importance of having young leaders at the table where big decisions are made, and what it takes to revive an iconic brand from bankruptcy. I especially loved this as it reminded me of all my Public Relations classes at University of Cincinnati - shoutout to the Comm Majors in the building!

Field Trip Day! 🌿🌳 We kicked off the week with a tour of King City Gardens 45,000 SF cannabis cultivation facility in Forest Park, and mind-blowing doesn’t even begin to describe it!

The amount of science, precision, dedication and care that goes into the process is incredible. We got to see every step: From the “mother plant” all the way to packaging and distribution.

Last year, I helped secure two lease deals for a national cannabis dispensary locations here in Ohio, so getting to see the cultivation side of the business felt like a full-circle moment. This is one of the reasons I love real estate—every day is a new adventure and an opportunity to learn something new everyday. Big shoutout to the King City Gardens team, Caveh Azadeh and Union Home Mortgage - Mount Adams Mortgage for putting this together!

I took myself on a trip to the closing table… and baby, what a journey it’s been!!! 🏡✨

After years of saving, strategizing, and helping my fair share of clients buy and sell multifamily properties, I finally purchased my own duplex. And getting to represent myself as my own agent? That was just the cherry on top.

Now I get to walk the walk and talk the talk. I’m excited to step into this new chapter as a first-time homeowner, investor, and landlord. I can’t wait to gain firsthand experience with house hacking, property management, and building a rental portfolio—so I can serve my clients with even more insight along the way. To my village thank you for believing in this dream from the moment it was just an idea. I couldn’t have done it without you. 🤍 For the foreseeable future, you’ll find me at Club Home Depot or at home enjoying my mortgage. 😂

Welcome, Niki & Dalton, to Client Close-Ups! This couple holds a special place in my heart ❤️We started this journey years ago and even got under contract on a different home. But life happened - Plans changed and we ended up taking a two-year hiatus. We stayed in touch throughout it all and when they were ready to start the search again, we got back to work and were under contract in less than two months. Over the years, I learned exactly what they were looking for. The home they ultimately purchased was in a neighborhood they hadn’t even considered, but it checked every box and turned out to be better than they'd imagined.It’s a true testament to the fact that what is meant for you won’t miss you. Now they have their dream home in a charming walkable neighborhood, complete with a gorgeous custom kitchen where they can host family, friends (and their amazing realtor🥰) for years to come. I’m so grateful for their trust and for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful chapter of growth. Thank you both for allowing me to walk this journey with you!!

Meet Pastor Joel McCauley, Senior Pastor of Endeavor Church. Before we worked together, the church had already worked with two agents without success. It was an honor to help Pastor Joel and his leadership team find a church home that could support their growing congregation and vision.

Meet Chinwe — a Cincinnati transplant from New Orleans who I first met through Cincinnati’s NSBE chapter. And as much as I love Chinwe, he’ll be the first to tell you he wasn’t always the easiest client 😂

We saw A LOTTT of houses together — the good, the bad and ugly. There were definitely times we didn’t agree but we worked through it, built mutual trust and ultimately found a home that was the perfect fit for him.

One of my favorite parts is that our relationship didn’t end at the closing table. Since buying his home, I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy dinners, Super Bowl parties and crawfish boils there. And along the way, Chinwe has become a true friend — supporting me at open houses, connecting me to the NSBE community and always showing up for me.

What a beautiful reminder that some of the best parts of this job are the friendships that come after the keys are handed over. Thanks for your trust and friendship ❤️🔑

I had such a beautiful time this weekend at the Affirmed event, themed “The Blackprint,” celebrating friends, changemakers, and our client Trey Graham, owner of . Huge congratulations to him and all of the incredible honorees! It’s been such a journey watching The 6 grow through two locations already, and and I couldn’t be more excited to support the continued expansion. Covington… we’re on the way. Stay tuned 👀
