Congrats to the Family and Pastor Joel McCauley on their 3rd Church Anniversary!! We worked together tirelessly for about 8 months finding a space for their expanding church and we signed a lease in February 2025. And this year they’ve expanded to over 200 members, they’re already starting to outgrow the space. Won’t He Do It!!

I had the honor to attend their jam packed celebration on Sunday and let me tell you - it was incredible. The energy, the music, the praise dancers and the message of “Abide in the Vine” was deeply moving and right on time. Pastor Joel brought me on stage to honor my efforts as their real estate agent. This is just continued confirmation for me that I’m serving my divinely appointed mission through real estate and my heart overflowing with the joy of doing what I love. Thank you Endeavor for honoring me as your real estate agent. To many more anniversaries to come!!

Congrats to the newest homeowners!! 🏡✨ So excited for Niki & Dalton, who officially closed on their beautiful home yesterday!

We started this journey back in 2024 and truly thought we had found their dream home. But timing is everything, and life had other plans, so we hit pause and stayed in touch.

Earlier this year, they reached back out ready to go, and we jumped right back in. Then I came across the house on Facebook and instantly knew we had to see it. From the moment we walked in, everything felt right. The home was so well cared for, the energy was amazing, and it checked every box. Custom kitchen, bay windows, porch swing, and even the decor matched their vibe perfectly. Best of all, we toured and got under contract for my birthday! A perfect realtor bday gift!

A great reminder that what’s meant for you will always find its way to you. So excited for them to call College Hill home! Cheers to new beginnings 🥂

Hot is an understatement, this rare Oakley listing was on fire! We hit the market on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon, we had 11 offers in hand. The competition was FIERCE but we couldn’t resist a 5 day cash close, no inspections and escalation clause up to $500k. Perfect deal right? UNTILLL we had an active gas leak and failed boiler system in the property. I had to put on my property manager hat to deliver space heaters, communicate with tenants and became best friends with the plumbers & Duke Energy techs lol.

Despite it all, we made it to close. To sweeten the deal, it was fully in-house. Shoutout to for bringing your buyer and putting our heads together to get this one to the closing table. Many more on the way!
