The national market is undergoing some significant changes. Sellers now outnumber buyers by nearly 500,000 homes — the widest gap since 2013. With mortgage rates hovering around 6.89% and economic uncertainty in the air, many buyers are holding back.😬💸

📈 Inventory has surged to five-year highs, especially in the South and West, resulting in longer time on market and a spike in price cuts, with nearly 20% of sellers reducing prices last month.🔻💰
