Mortgage debt may be making headlines… but homeowner EQUITY is the part nobody’s talking about enough 👀

And here in Cincinnati? The numbers tell a pretty strong story.

🏡 Cincinnati home values are still UP year-over-year
🏡 Homes are still going pending quickly in many areas
🏡 Many homeowners are sitting on substantial equity after years of appreciation

The average Cincinnati home value is now around $250K+ and homes are going pending in about 8 days on average. In many neighborhoods, well-priced homes are still attracting strong buyer activity.

This market is NOTHING like 2008. Back then, many homeowners owed more than their homes were worth. Today, most sellers are walking away from closings with equity that can help them move up, downsize, invest, or simply create more financial flexibility.

That’s why despite higher rates, Cincinnati’s market has remained surprisingly resilient.
