These clients came to me knowing they wanted to move, but only for the PERFECT home. And their wish list was pretty specific: first-floor primary, three-car garage, a certain neighborhood, walkout basement, a decent-sized yard with privacy, plenty of storage… and the list went on. 😂

I knew it might be a tough feat, but I was excited to find something that checked ALL the boxes.

Hey, everyone!

I know I haven't been as active on social media lately, but I figured it was time for a little life update...

Ruby Marie joined my team on 6/17/2026 (3.5 weeks ahead of schedule!), and we've been hitting the ground running ever since! She's already tagged along to buyer and seller consults, inspections, closings, committee events, and she even has her first company office meeting this week.

Whenever I start showing homes to a client, I always tell them to wait for “the feeling.” It’s hard to describe, but when you walk into the right house, you just know. It cannot be forced and it never looks the same twice, but you recognize it immediately when it happens.
