The latest housing numbers are in! 📊

Home prices continued to rise year-over-year across both sides of the river:

🏠 Greater Cincinnati
• Average sales price: $393,371 — up about 6.4% from August 2025
• 1,956 homes sold
• Median days on market: 8 days
• New pendings increased compared with last August

🌉 Northern Kentucky
• Average sales price: $363,007 — up about 6.3% year-over-year
• 534 homes sold
• Median days on market: 11 days
• More new and active listings than August 2025

The big takeaway? Prices are still higher than they were a year ago, but buyers have more inventory to choose from and homes are taking slightly longer to sell.
