✨Credit Reporting Updates✨
- As of July 1st, 2022: paid medical collection debt will no longer be included on consumer credit reports
-As of July 1st, 2022: The period before unpaid medical collection debt will appear on credit reports is increasing from 6 months to 1 year
-Going Into Effect the First Half of 2023: Medical debt collection accounts under $500 will no longer be included on credit reports (this includes unpaid medical debt).

This is great news for consumers! These changes could be the catalyst for getting Pre-Approved for a home loan!

It has been a very busy few months! Some updates: I have joined forces with Anne Bedinghaus as her Transaction Manager at Coldwell Banker and it has been the absolute best way to learn the ins and outs of this business! As a new agent, I couldn’t ask for a better mentor!
