Congratulations to both the Sellers and Buyers on the sale of this beautiful home! 🏡

This one was, without a doubt, one of my favorite homes to sell — and one that I personally fell in love with along the way.

There was just something so special about this home. I could picture myself sitting on that peaceful porch in the morning, coffee in hand, with nothing but beautiful fields and quiet surroundings as far as you could see. And the moment you walked through the front door, there was almost an instant feeling and smell of being on vacation. There was simply so much to love about this home!

I hope the new owners enjoy many, many wonderful years here and make countless beautiful memories of their own. And I know the Sellers’ new home in Tennessee will be just as amazing and will bring them so much happiness in this next chapter.

Today I had the pleasure of officially closing on the sale of this beautiful home🏠

This one took a little patience and perseverance, especially after making a return to the market, but we made it to the closing table 🎉

My friend closed on the sale of her home on Friday, and today she officially closed on her beautiful new home. While it's the end of one chapter, it's also the beginning of an exciting new one.
