Meet Ryan!

Title: Property Manager

Location: Oak Ridge community

How long have you been with Sundance? I’ve been with Sundance for about a year and a half.

What do you like to do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy trying new restaurants, cooking, and watching movies—especially documentaries and history-focused content. I also enjoy being active in our community and building strong connections with those around me.

Tell us a little bit about you and/or your family? Originally from Louisiana, I’ve been with my significant other for 18 years. We have a two-year-old son, and I also help care for my uncle, who has Epilepsy and has lived with me for many years. Family is extremely important to me, and spending quality time with them is my top priority outside of work.

What’s your favorite TV show, movie, or book? For entertainment, I’m a big fan of late-night comedy and talk shows. My favorite movies include The Shawshank Redemption and Tombstone. While I’m not an avid reader, I enjoy learning through visual and conversational formats.

Favorite thing about Sundance or favorite memory: During my time at Sundance, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the company’s commitment to recognizing performance and rewarding those who take pride in their work.

What's something people may not know about you? Something people may not know about me is that I’m a big fan of Elvis Presley.

What are you looking forward to this year or next (work or non-work related)? Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuing to elevate our property and striving to be the best version of myself, both professionally and personally.
