We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Aaron Willoughby to Property Manager!

Aaron joined Neyer Management in 2018 as a Property Assistant and quickly set herself apart through her initiative, teamwork, and exceptional communication skills. Over the years, she has taken on expanded responsibilities, represented our organization in community relations initiatives, and chaired numerous employee committees, always stepping up wherever support was needed.

Aaron is genuinely one of the kindest people you will meet, bringing positivity, energy, and yes, a little sparkle to everything she does. It is only fitting that her favorite color is glitter.

As Property Manager, Aaron continues to be a champion for our team and a trusted, loyal advocate for the tenants she serves. We are incredibly proud of her growth and grateful for the impact she makes every day.

Congratulations, Aaron, on this well-deserved promotion!

Some structures become landmarks. Others become legends. And a few become both.

This week, the long-vacant grain elevator off East Sharon Road, known locally as the “Hen House,” officially came down. After sitting idle for years, the concrete tower was carefully brought down in a controlled demolition. Crews strategically placed explosives and cut key structural supports to ensure the building fell safely within a designated zone.

The site first drew major attention back in 2014 when an explosion damaged the structure, blowing out its windows. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the facility closed soon after and remained dormant from that point forward.

At Neyer Management, we manage a nearby location and have watched this property stand still for years. Seeing it come down marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of new possibilities for the area.

Progress sometimes starts with clearing space.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is partnering with organizations that are truly changing lives. We’re incredibly grateful to count Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati as one of those amazing client partners.

We’re proud to celebrate the grand opening of the Williams Family Workforce Development Center in Price Hill, a transformative, first-of-its-kind facility in BGCGC’s 85-year history. This 10,000-square-foot center will serve an estimated 100 high school students in its first year, offering career exploration, communication and goal-setting, financial literacy, and essential life skills that help set a strong foundation for adulthood.

The building also houses the Western & Southern Workforce Development Center and BGCGC’s administrative offices, creating a dynamic hub that exposes youth to diverse career paths, from construction and healthcare to the arts, while supporting resumes, interviewing, professionalism, and college planning.

As a signature project of A New Generation, BGCGC’s ambitious $50 million capital campaign, this center reflects bold vision, deep community commitment, and a genuine belief in the potential of young people across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

We’re honored to work alongside client partners like BGCGC, whose mission, leadership, and impact inspire us every day. Opportunities to support their work include volunteer groups to help beautify club spaces or participate in professional workshops.

Congratulations to the entire BGCGC team on this incredible achievement.

Grateful for the people and partnerships that made this year a success.
