It's funny... you do what you do every day and you don't always realize that people even notice. And that's OK. I just do what I think is best for my clients - in this case a friend.
Actually, most of what I do is not real glamorous - Just In case you thought it was 😉...It’s a lot of data research, watching the competition, paying attention to details, and trying to make sure my clients are positioned well when their home hits the market.
More often than not..that pays off.
This home sold on the 3rd day, above the list price, with multiple offers.
Love clients who trust the process. It can be difficult to trust someone with your home of over 20 years....

3 different homes, 3 completely different stories - not even close. First... was so happy to help a family help their mother get to her next chapter via an estate sale, some key updates to the home and then launched a full on marketing campaign to net their Mother ~ $20K more than they expected. Very happy to be able to get that outcome. Second... Had a client looking to simplify and down-size/right-size from their family home of well over 20 years. After looking at quite a few homes and talking to several builders, they decided to work with Traditions Group and build at the "Mosaic" in the Dorothy lane complex in Mason - the irony here is that they had somewhat ruled this out early on but, through their process found it was exactly what they were looking for... and.... it is literally 1 block from their current home! Happens more than you would ever think.....and finally just had another client who was referred to me go under contract for their first home. Now... let's manage that process, appraisals, inspections, etc to get to the closing table.
