Carrera Construction is proud to announce the completion of it’s latest project, We Rock the Spectrum, located at 331 Kenton Lands Rd in Erlanger, KY. We Rock is a gym for all kids, but is specifically designed for kids with sensory processing disorders. Thanks to ownership and leasing for the opportunity, all subs and Carrera staff, and thanks to the franchisees for teaming with Carrera Construction for your project!

Carrera is pround to annouce a new construction partnership with Arku. For decades, Arku has been the market and technology leader for precision levelers due to thier innovative deburring technology. They have hired us to execute their 20,000 sf full facility renovation, and we are well underway. Attached are a few images of demo and structural work as we prepair for framing and finishes. I'd like to send a special thanks to all hardworking subs, Carrera staff, and Arku ownership for making this happen, especially during these trying times.

Carrera Construction is proud to announce the addition of a new team member as project manager, Scot Schwertman. Scot spent the better part of a decade working for a commercial property management company. During this time, he learned the ins and outs of everything involved with both maintaining and improving a facility. After spending these years as a customer of various industry related trades, Scot decided to move his chair to the other side of the table and join Carrera Construction. His prior experience with facility repairs, tenant improvement projects and MEP upgrades has provided him with the firsthand knowledge of what customers expect in quality, timeliness and responsiveness. Welcome aboard Scot, it's time to build!
