Safe Title was formed in 1976 and has continuously operated as one of the premier Cincinnati title agencies since then. icing law in the real estate area for over 30 years and has served as Safe Title’s president since 1985. Safe Title regularly handles all types of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. While we have longstanding relationships with several local (Greater Cincinnati) lending institutions whereby we close almost all of their mortgage loans, over the years we have provided title and closing services for virtually every local bank, savings and loan, and numerous national lenders. We also work closely with many residential and commercial builders and developers with acquisition, construction and permanent financing assistance. Our agency is a policy issuing agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. We can write coverage through either of these two upon request. We are not nearly as big as many local title agencies, but that is intentional. Our small staff (four staff people, with available help when needed from attorneys in our parent law firm) is very experienced, and we excel in making complicated transactions easy for our clients.
