Time for "closing pants" once again.....

A past client bought and sold her home with me, then took a 2-year assignment overseas. She and her husband came back they initially dealt with a "friend" to help find a home. The level of service was noticeable immediately and they called for help. Do yourself a favor, take your "friend" or "brother-in-law's second cousin" to dinner or on vacation. Consider a full-time licensed professional agent to guide you through the process.
