Check out this before and after! This renovation included a new expanded kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, and bathroom. We couldn’t be any more excited with how this project turned out!

Crews installing Enviro-Dri waterproof sealant. This product delivers a more effective, permanent and complete weather-resistant barrier than traditional house wrap products. Enviro-Dri protects walls from liquid moisture in the form of rain, sleet and snow, but also reduces condensation in interior wall cavities, which could lead to reduced insulation effectiveness, mold and mildew.

Structural steel install today to close out the week. While it may not look like much, it is a key element in the structural integrity of this home. Another big stepping stone in the progression of this project!
