20 years ago today, I got my Real estate license and joined Huff Realty inspired by my dear friend and mentor Joyce Bates, a long time Huff realtor. 20 years after on this very day of the 3rd of August, I woke up feeling blessed and thankful that I am still in real estate and I still ❤️ it! Now as a KW Advisors Realty’s residential/commercial advisor, I have over 1000 clients, co-own a construction/remodeling company Nexxus Properties LLC and have invested and co-owned many residential and commercial properties in Cincinnati and Houston! My passion and hard work in real estate have paid off! On this special day, I couldn’t thank my mentor Joyce Bates more! I also want to thank my dear husband and children who not only supported me in my early real estate career but also accompanied me to showings, picking up signs and lockboxes, making showing schedules and directing me when I got lost driving. My husband Dan was familiar w every street in Cincinnati ( not the new suburbs lol) and I used to call him and use him as a live map 😀My children stuffed envelopes for me and made showing appointments as early as when they were 10 years old or younger! Thank you Dan! Thank you my children who are now grown-ups. Without your understanding and allowing me to be worry free, I would not have today’s success! I want to extend my appreciation to all my clients, referrals, team members, partners for all the businesses and support I have gotten. Special thanks also to Fuyao Glass North America and Siemens employees where I got many employee referrals over the years. I am blessed to have so many loyal clients who gave me referrals repeatedly - Tony, Rob & Zhou, Jayesh, Manoj, Sandip, Jennifer, Suchita & Atul, Larry, just to make a few, and many of my restaurant owner friends and commercial clients! ( sorry I probably missed many of you!) They have championed for me and elevated my business thru their word of mouth. I am both humbled and honored to have all these great people as clients and more like friends and family! I love real estate, I love being a realtor! My passion for real estate is really my passion for the people, and for the community to help them achieve their American dreams or business goals in commercial, whether they are restaurant operators, super market owners, office building landlords, warehouse or multi-family investors! I am truly blessed and happy that I chose real estate as my career and will continue my path for many years to come. Now with my added construction/remodeling services both in residential and commercial, my CCIM study and many commercial transaction experience, I am rebranding myself as a Residential/Commercial Real Estate Advisor and look forward to helping more people!
