Recently sold this new construction in Forest Park. I had sold the vacant lot several years ago to the builder. Spectacular job - sold in mid $400's.

Closed 8220 Monroe Ave, 45236 today. Attractive house in a kind-of-overlooked neighborhood very close to The Jewish Hospital Mercy Health complex at Kenwood and Galbraith, and of course the Kenwood shopping area. Area seems full of growth potential.

Just listed and sold two adjacent lots in West End near OTR. Do you own a lot or parcel that no longer serves you? Perhaps something you've inherited? Contact me for effective, creative marketing. UPDATE sold those two lots again 2/2019 for $93,000. That's about $83,000 gross profit for the seller, who was my original buyer.
