10 Years in the Making… 🎉
April 22, 2015 - SPS Partners began with a fixer-upper, a bold vision, and a commitment to doing things differently. A decade later, we’ve grown from a single-family property into a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and property management firm with 1,500+ units under management.
Our journey has been driven by a deep belief in our why, the unwavering support of our families, mentors, and teammates, and a commitment to our core values: adapt and flex, go further, challenge convention, embrace responsibility, be real.
From a small team with big ideas to a company of 50 strong—backed by 90 investors and over 100 trusted partners—we’re proud of what we’ve built, and even more proud of who we’ve built it with. This milestone is a reflection of the trust placed in us by our investors, partners, residents, and the communities we serve. We are deeply grateful—and incredibly excited for what’s ahead.
