If you own a home or are planning to buy one, making just ONE extra mortgage payment each year can literally shave years off your loan and save you tens of thousands of dollars in interest.

Let’s break down the exact numbers:
🏡 The Loan: $400,000 at a 6% interest rate on a 30-year term.
🛑 Without Extra Payments: The total interest paid over the life of the loan is approximately $463,353.
✅ With ONE Extra Payment a Year: By paying just $2,400 extra annually (which breaks down to just $200/month!), the total interest drops to $368,734.

That means this buyer pays off their loan 5 years earlier and keeps $94,619 right in their pocket! 📈
