We are in for some single-digit temperatures starting on Sunday! ❄️🌡When temperatures are forecast to be this low, water pipes can freeze, burst, and cause a great deal of damage. Help protect your apartment by taking these steps during a freeze:

✳️ Keep your apartment set at a minimum of 55 degrees
✳️ Let your sink and tub faucets slow drip
✳️ Open kitchen and bath cabinets below sinks to let warm air circulate
