Sometimes, the homes we inspect for our clients are just not what they expected and are in a condition that requires more work than they are able or willing to do. And when that happens we still work hard to explain the issues and teach our clients what to look for during their search for their new home. This happened recently with our client Cassandra G. Cassandra G: Dan came out for our home inspection and was extremely thorough. It was a tough home (although looked great on the surface) with evidence of termite, foundation issues, plumbing etc and he took us through the entire exterior and interior and explained throughly what he was seeing and his recommendations. He wanted us to be as knowledgeable as we could be with what we were seeing.
I felt extremely confident in my decision to pass on the home. We’ll use Dan again for our next home inspection, and I’m confident we will be fully aware of the condition of the home. He was at the house (small 3-bedroom) for 7 hours. His team was in early and we had the comprehensive report of sewer, radon, etc all the exact same day. He also tailored his conversation some with our realtor, and is an experienced professional. Everyone was impressed with how much he knows. I wouldn’t look elsewhere, just pay Dan for his services and he will spend plenty of time and work extremely hard on his inspection!
