Our mission is to provide secure, updated, and comfortable residences along with superior maintenance to Xavier University students. We directly manage our properties – we do not use a management company. We are the ones that sign the lease agreements and lease renewals with tenants, and we are the ones that handle all questions, comments, and issues that may arise. We want all of our tenants to have a great off campus living experience, and we do that by being responsible owners.
