Additionally, she participates on the Solemate Committee for Girls on the Run and the Executive Planning Team for the Ohio River Paddlefest. Erin also works as a School Program Volunteer at the Cincinnati Nature Center, and with Adventure Crew, a nonprofit that connects city teens with nature through recreation, education and conservation. This week was Wellness Week at Comey & Shepherd Realtors. Each office took opportunities to host events pertaining from all facets of Wellness - from community building meals, refreshing smoothie pick me ups, a resource fair hosting several wellness businesses, yoga, hormone labs, and the final event hosted in my Montgomery, a breathwork and sound healing meditation. It was a great week for some of us to take care of ourselves.

Real Estate is fast paced, stressful, and has a high rate of burnout. Making my Wellness a priority makes me a better person and a better Realtor.
