It was great having our Louisville team join us in Cincinnati for a day away from the computers and an opportunity to connect with colleagues across our region.

We gave the Louisville team a tour of our new office space, spent time catching up and building relationships, and ended the day at the Reds game. ⚾️

With roots dating back to 1875 and only four owners throughout its history, City View Tavern is a truly unique Cincinnati property. The new ownership plans to preserve the tavern’s name and atmosphere while making cosmetic improvements and introducing daily happy hours, live music and more frequent events.

The successful transaction highlights the importance of specialized market knowledge and a strategic approach when marketing distinctive hospitality properties.

OSH Cut has leased 69,659 square feet at 2424 Airwest Blvd. in Burlington, Kentucky, securing space to support its continued operational growth.

The facility is part of Cincinnati Logistics Park Airport West, one of the region’s growing industrial and logistics destinations.

Crown Equipment Corp. has leased 110,457 square feet at 2440 Airwest Blvd. in Burlington, Kentucky, strengthening its regional distribution network within the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky logistics corridor.

The transaction represents the first tenant commitment at the newly completed speculative industrial facility at Cincinnati Logistics Park Airport West.

Congratulations to Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) on its exciting expansion in Downtown Cincinnati!

As one of the region's fastest-growing companies, DMG is investing approximately $6 million to expand its headquarters by leasing an additional 20,000 square feet at the Huntington Center. The project includes a new skywalk connecting the two buildings and will create more than 100 new jobs by early 2027.
