I just got back from a trip out west, during which I was able to visit Miralon in Palm Springs, CA for Modernism Week.

What inspired me wasn’t just the views (though they were beautiful) it was the inspired design.

• Shared outdoor spaces
• Walking paths & gathering hubs
• Warm, inviting interiors
• Homes designed for connection

The cool thing is, these trends are starting to show up here in Cincinnati.

Quarter 3 of 2025 was all about friends and family. And to top it all off — I got to sell more homes and help more people. In the midst of all the experiences, there were so many moments that whispered “pay attention, this is the good stuff!”
