The glow-up is real. Originally built as a factory for the Crane-Hawley Company in 1914, today's Crane Factory Flats are beautiful and offer its residents a host of amenities in addition to quick walks to all the Downtown action.

An energetic crowd celebrated the Crane Factory Flats ribbon cutting. HGC Construction was the Construction Manager at Risk of the large-scale renovation.

The historic Crane Hawley Factory was recently converted into Crane Factory Flats. Stanton Millworks created several custom pieces for community spaces.
