I am not always great at postings my closings on Social Media. I always take photos and they usually stay on my phone. But, my closing yesterday, deserves attention. My buyers, McKalyn & Michael knew exactly what they wanted and we looked for a looooong time. But, after the original contract on a house fell apart, they finally got the home they had been waiting for! Ironically, our closing date was their 2nd wedding anniversary (completely unknown by me when I wrote the contract close date). They are so cute and even sent me flowers today! Congratulations Mckayln and Michael, I wish you many happy memories in your new home.

One of my favorite things about being a Realtor® is building, rebuilding, or fostering relationships/friendships. Today I had the opportunity to help my friend Amy finalize the sale of her home. We have known each other for 20+ years, but life took us in different directions, and it had been quite a while since we had an opportunity to connect. I am so incredibly grateful that she chose me to help her through this process, as it gave us an opportunity to reconnect. Cheers to you Amy!

This past Sunday was a beautiful day and fittingly, I was able to use that day to visit with many of my clients and thank them for choosing me as their Realtor! We learned a little about Cincinnati History, on a Brewing Heritage Trail tour, stopped at a few watering spots in OTR and had a great day enjoying each other's company. Thanks to all who were able to make it out and I'm hopeful to see others at future events!
