This closing was definitely an emotional one. After living in this home for 27 years, my sellers are starting a brand new chapter as they downsize and move forward into a new season of life ❤️

What makes this story even more special is that this originally started as a For Sale By Owner. I had buyers walk through the home and although it wasn’t the right fit for them, that connection led to us meeting the sellers, and eventually earning the opportunity to help them successfully sell their home alongside Natalie.

So grateful for the trust they placed in us throughout this process. Selling a home full of decades of memories is never easy, and we truly worked hard every step of the way to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
