👋 Hello Romaine Court Residents!
My name is Paris Render, and I’m so excited to introduce myself as your new Community Manager!
I joined Fath Properties early in 2024 as the Resident Services Coordinator at Aspen Village, and I feel incredibly grateful to now be stepping into this new role here at Romaine Court. What I’ve loved most about working with Fath is the amazing support from my team—and how much the company truly cares about both its employees and residents.
Before joining the world of property management, I spent seven years in spa management. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the switch, but it’s turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Helping people, solving problems, and seeing a resident smile when I’ve made their day just a little bit better—it’s what keeps me going.
A little about me: I graduated in 2011 with interests in both criminal justice and the arts. I’ve always had a creative streak—I studied ceramics in high school and have been dancing on drill and dance teams since the 6th grade. That creativity still plays a big role in my life today, especially when it comes to planning fun events for residents and bringing positive energy into our community.
Outside of work, I’m married and a proud mom of three amazing kids (two boys and a girl). As a family, we love traveling and creating new memories together.
