An open house is a great way to showcase a house! Add some snacks and make it an inviting environment and then you showcase a home.
Our buyers came with their agent to this one, and now we're pending! Looking forward to another collaborative transaction.

I had a great time checking out the newly opened College Station Pickleball Courts, Bar & Grille!!

There are plenty of food options, the bar is fully stocked (they even had my favorite thing so I'll be back but I'm not telling you what it is so it's there when I go back 😘), and it's spacious!

Huge tv's, top 40 Playlist (think Q102), family friendly, firepits, and pleasant staff. Summer there is going to be a treat! Check them out!

One more reason I don't get my nails done, lol! But I'm greatful that I've picked up a thing or two along the way.

I'm not a "tile guy" but I can do a couple things, lol.

This year we'll be sharing more projects and hopefully doing more flips so that I can keep my creative brain sharp!

Shout out to Kayla, my day one! Kayla was with me when I started what was called, "The Collaborative". Unbeknownst to me, it was the Brokerage precursor.

When I started the Brokerage and had the Grand Opening party, she was there. She transferred her license shortly after.

When I became an auctioneer and said, "I need a clerk, you interested? " She happily said let's go and was even happier to learn it was a paid position, lol.

I love and appreciate the trust, the vote of confidence, the willingness to help, and the team/collaborative spirit Kayla brings to our Brokerage. She has supported me and allowed me to lead and stepped up when I needed a different perspective.

Kayla is an amazing agent, a great clerk, a natural at Social Media Sundays, a free spirit, a good heart, and a blessing to have on the squad. Can't wait to see where we go next.
