Sure, sales around the country have slowed compared to the frenzy of a few years ago. But that doesn’t mean the market’s at a standstill. Especially our local market!

Nationally, over 11K homes are still selling every single day – not including new construction. That’s 460 an hour. Or roughly 8 each minute. And the Cincinnati market is thriving right now. We have only 1.3 months of inventory and are still rated a seller's market!

Buyers are still out there. Let’s make sure they see your house. Choose a local realtor with a solid marketing plan and the experience to price it right!
