Still feeling the impact from our Volunteer Day this week! Despite the heat, our Venture Communities team brought heart and hustle to Volunteer Day with Apartment Association Outreach, supporting Childhood Food Solutions!

We packed 800 food bags for kids in Roll Hill and prepped the space where CFS serves free weekday meals all summer. ☀️ Teamwork, purpose, and fun with the kids made it unforgettable!

The Grand Opening at our new clubhouse and pool at our Loveland community was a huge hit. Dozens of guests came to kick off the clubhouse launch, including happy residents, potential residents, and many of our and teammates.

After 18 months of hard work at this property, we can finally say that this little boutique community is one of the best places to live in Loveland!

Thank you to all of our residents for your grace and patience the past 18 months as we’ve revitalized this community. We know it’s been a big construction site for a while now, and we’re so happy you all appreciate the finished product.

Special thanks to our construction manager, Jake, and project manager, Ben, for their dedication to wrapping up this project with plenty of time for residents to enjoy the pool the rest of the summer! Kudos to our community manager, Ms. Crystal Perry, for navigating this community through many changes and challenges.

Finally, thank you to our investors in this project. It’s been a heavy lift but we’re thrilled to have 8Ninety on track to deliver exceptional performance for you. You can be proud that you not only have a successful investment, but that its been attained by bringing a better quality of life to a distressed community.

VREC and the Venture Communities team is proud to announce the successful completion of our brand new clubhouse, pool, and fitness center at the beautiful 8Ninety at Loveland!

We sincerely want to congratulate our construction manager, Jake, and our entire construction team for an amazing job well done.

Most importantly, we want to thank our residents for their patience and grace over the past 18 months as we have redeveloped this community.

The Grand Opening for the new clubhouse and pool is Saturday, July 13th at 11 am - join us!
