Our best property is located facing this beautiful park!

For three years, many West Side drivers have had to put up with detours and traffic jams from roadwork, demolition and construction. Now drivers are starting to see what the commotion was all about. Most of the roadwork is finished, and the Lick Run Greenway is starting to come alive.

We have three properties available now. Great home locations. One provides the opportunity for a new build, another is renovation-ready. Our favorite has a beautiful view of the new park, off-street parking, friendly neighbor, three stories plus basement, new roof, and gutted interior with new stairwells. Sadly we aren't able to complete construction in the timeframe we'd hoped for, so we're putting them on the market for these homes to be appreciated by local families as soon as possible.
