The Greater Cincinnati housing market is beginning to accelerate as we move toward the spring home-buying season. Buyer activity is clearly increasing, with weekly home showings climbing from 6,629 in early February to nearly 8,000 by the week of February 23–March 1, a strong signal that buyers are actively returning to the market.

At the same time, new listings are rising, growing from 375 to 592 over the past four weeks, giving buyers more options. Homes are continuing to sell as well, with pending sales increasing to 506, showing that demand is keeping pace with new supply.

Overall, the data suggests a market gaining momentum as spring approaches, with more homes coming to market and buyers actively stepping back in.
