Locally in Ohio, per the following blog on Houzeo, Ohio is in a more balanced market. While it still favors sellers, buyers have more options as the housing inventory is up by 16.3%. At the same time, home sales have decreased by 0.12% year over year. As of February 2025, there are 36,325 homes for sale in Ohio, with a median home sales price is $247,200 (rising steadily at 11% year over year representing an average supply of about 2 months):

2003: The beginning...

After dabbling in some personal real estate investments, EquityTeam’s GM/Broker/Owner Mark Thompson started his real estate career working as an Acquisition Associate for a national wholesale acquisition company. Mark’s main focus was to acquire below-market deals around Cincinnati for residential real estate investors looking to fix and flip properties.

2004 - 2008: Ohio's Largest Residential Investing Services Company
