ACH - deducted from a checking or savings account each month (Free)
Through the CMHA website and the Pay Rent button - https://cintimha.com/pay-rent/ Follow the directions provided

Rent Cafe - Log in to Rent Cafe and click Pay My Rent. There is a fee for this service from the online provider.

Pay Near Me at a Kroger, Walmart, CVS, or other designated location that offers this service. There is a $4.99 charge from the location for this service (the fee is not from CMHA).

Sun's out, pests are out too! 🔆

It's BBQ season and mice and bugs like to eat too! Keep your house clean and pest free by following some of the suggestions below.
🔹Store food in sealed containers! If you are cooking outside, make sure to clean up before the gathering is over to avoid attracting pests
🔹Throw all trash away and make sure the bag closes! Throw the closed bag in your toter and make sure the toter closes too!
🔹Peppermint oil is a great natural way to deter pests -- they do not like the strong minty smell!
🔹If you are experiencing pest issues, please call in a work order immediately so the treatment process and can begin to eradicate the issue!
