Now is the time to get ready for the new HUD-mandated inspection standards. NSPIRE-V launches January 1, 2027, at the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority. Registration is now open for the CMHA U: NSPIRE-V Prep, led by USIG's John Emery. The $75 fee for the training covers administrative costs of the training and is minimal compared to the risk of having a unit fall into an abatement status.

The sessions will be held at the CMHA Administrative Office on November 5. Reserve your spot by emailing [email protected]. When payments are received, reservations will be finalized. More details are available on the CMHA website.
