Why?
Your home hits buyers’ radar right before weekend showings begin — when the most people are actively planning tours, saving listings, and making decisions.

❌ WORST day to list: Sunday

By then, many buyers already spent the weekend looking at homes, and your listing can lose momentum heading into the work week.

Also — not all holiday weekends are created equal👇

Avoid listing before:
🚫 Thanksgiving
🚫 Christmas
🚫 New Year’s
🚫 Easter
🚫 4th of July

But surprisingly, some holiday weekends can actually help activity:

🇺🇸 Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends often still perform well because buyers have extra time off to tour homes and explore neighborhoods with family.
