This market is tough for buyers! If you are considering selling, I have the following buyers looking for homes. Please reach out if your home is a match. Maybe we can make a deal!

1) 1st time home buyer looking mostly on the Westside (anywhere from Cheviot to Colerain) but open to other areas that have easy access to interstates. Trying to stay under 180k Conv loan. Open to updating but can't take on a full rehab project. Prefer a 3 bed but can do 2 beds with a usable basement.
