Sewer Scope Cincinnati

Sewer Scope Cincinnati We are sewer line inspectors, not contractors. Our commitment is to transparency and integrity every step of the way.

🀝 Agents working the Sharonville, Evendale, and Reading corridor β€” let's connect.

This stretch north of the city has some of the most mixed housing stock in Hamilton County: pre-war homes near Reading's old downtown, postwar ranches through Sharonville, and everything in between. Sewer scope findings come up constantly during inspection periods here, and we turn around video plus a plain-English report fast enough that it never becomes the thing holding up your closing.

If you don't have a go-to sewer scope inspector on this side of town yet, send us a message β€” happy to be that call.

πŸ› οΈ New quartz counters. New LVP floors. New paint everywhere. New sewer line? Probably not.

Renovated and flipped homes are all over the Cincinnati market right now, and we love a good rehab β€” but almost nobody spends money replacing a sewer lateral nobody can see. That gorgeous updated kitchen can sit on top of a 90-year-old clay line that's cracked, root-filled, or bellied.

We're inspectors, not plumbers, so we've got no reason to talk you into a repair. We just show you what the camera sees, in plain English, with video and a written report in your inbox within 24 hours. Flat-rate price, quoted before we show up.

Under contract on a flip? Comment "SCOPE" or send us a message and let's get a look before you close.

πŸ“‰ One of the more common things we flag on camera: a bellied line.

A "belly" is a low spot where a section of the pipe has sagged below grade β€” usually from settling soil, a poorly compacted trench, or decades of ground shifting. Water and waste pool there instead of flowing straight to the street, and over time that standing water collects solids until you've got a slow drain or a full backup on your hands.

Here's the thing: a bellied line can look totally fine from inside your house right up until it doesn't. No smell, no gurgle, no warning. It only shows up on video. That's exactly what we're looking for when we run the camera.

β˜• Oakley, Pleasant Ridge, Evanston β€” three of Cincinnati's most in-demand neighborhoods right now, and three of the ones we get called out to most.

Walkable streets, great coffee, and housing stock that's largely pre-1940. That charm you're paying for usually comes attached to an original clay sewer lateral that's been sitting under the front yard for 80-plus years. It might be in great shape. It might not be. The only way to know is to look.

Buying, selling, or just curious what's down there? Send us a message and we'll get you on the schedule.

🀝 Northeast corridor agents working Sycamore Township, Kenwood, and Symmes Township β€” let's connect.

Established ranches near Kenwood Towne Centre, newer builds further out toward Symmes β€” sewer scope findings show up on both ends of that spectrum during inspection periods. We turn around video + a plain-English report fast so it doesn't slow down your clients' closing.

🏘️ West side growth corridors Colerain Township and Green Township, we're out your way plenty.

A lot of this housing stock went up in the 60s, 70s, and 80s as these townships boomed β€” right in the window where clay pipe was still standard before PVC took over. Solid homes, well-kept streets, but sewer lines that have quietly sat underground for 50+ years without anyone running a camera through them.

Buying or selling out this way? Let's get a look before it becomes a surprise.

πŸ’΅ No one likes an invoice with surprises on it β€” that's why our pricing is flat-rate, quoted before we ever show up.

Doesn't matter if your line is 40 feet or 140 feet, doesn't matter how many access points it takes to get the camera all the way to the street. You know the cost going in, and it's the same cost coming out. Add in a 24-hour turnaround on your video and report, and there's nothing left to guess about.

Comment "SCOPE" or send us a message and we'll get you a quote today.

🚲 From Loveland's historic bike trail charm to Indian Hill's big wooded lots, we're out this way regularly too.

Loveland's older downtown homes and Indian Hill's larger estate properties often mean longer sewer runs and mature trees that have had decades to send roots looking for moisture. Bigger lot, same flat-rate price on our end β€” the length of the line never changes what you pay.

Buying or selling out this way? Send us a message and we'll get you scheduled.

πŸ”Ž Here's why it matters that we're a sewer *inspector*, not a plumber: we have zero incentive to talk you into a repair you don't need.

A plumber who finds a small issue on a "free camera inspection" has a built-in reason to recommend fixing it β€” that's their business. We're not in the repair business. We show you exactly what the camera sees, explain it in plain English, and let you and your realtor decide what to do next. No upsell, no pressure, just an honest look underground.

That's the kind of unbiased opinion you want before you sign anything.

🀝 Northern Kentucky agents working Erlanger, Independence, and Union β€” let's connect.

This corridor's got a great mix of established streets and newer growth right along the I-75 corridor, and sewer scope findings come up often during inspection periods on both ends of that spectrum. We turn around video + a plain-English report fast so it doesn't slow down your clients' closing.

If you don't have a go-to sewer scope inspector on this side of the river yet, send us a message β€” happy to be that call.
