Sometimes in real estate the deal doesn't get all the way to closing and funding. Sometimes through no fault of any particular thing. This one got all the way to signing day and had a surprise plot twist. We regrouped, re-listed and again had multiple offers. There are 12-15 people involved in your real estate transaction, and sometimes more.
